Room Reservation

• Reservations can be made exclusively via Line Official Account: @seaoflovepattaya
• Full payment is required at the time of booking, and must be transferred only to the account of Sea of Love Beach Club Co., Ltd.
  
  
• All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, postponed, or modified under any circumstances.
  
  

Accommodation Information

• “Café Suite” rooms are located on the second floor of our beachfront café, which operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  
  
• Breakfast is not provided / There is no reception or porter service on site
  
  
• Admin staff are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for assistance
  
  
• Café staff are on duty from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  
  
• Security staff are on duty 24 hours
  
  
• Key collection details will be provided prior to your check-in date
  
  

Guest Policy & House Rules

• Pets are not allowed in guest rooms
  
  
• Pets are welcome only in the café’s outdoor area
  
  
• Live music is available every Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  
  
• Fire show performances take place every Saturday and on Public Holidays
  
  

Note: Some activities may involve amplified sound.

Swimming Pool Usage

• Open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  
  
• Proper swimwear is required
  
  
• The pool is shared between café guests and Café Suite guests
  
  
• There are no lifeguards on duty at the pool, beach, or sea area. Please use these facilities responsibly and supervise children at all times
  
  

Prohibited Activities & Items

• Smoking, drug use, cannabis, or the use of any items that emit smoke or strong odors are strictly prohibited in the rooms
  
  
• Cooking, heating, steaming, boiling, or grilling in any form is not allowed, both inside and outside the rooms
  
  
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the café’s shared or common areas
  
  

(Consumption is permitted inside the room only)

• Private gatherings, parties, or celebrations are not allowed in any shared areas, including:
  
  
• No utensils, tableware, or beverage containers will be provided or lent to guests
  
  

Occupancy & Amenities

• Room occupancy and amenity provisions are based on the specific conditions of each room type
  
  
• We do not provide additional pillows, blankets, towels, or personal amenities beyond those arranged for the stated number of guests
  
  
• Guests exceeding the allowed occupancy are subject to denial of service without refund
  
  

Violation of Terms

Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate cancellation of service without prior notice or refund. The management reserves all rights in enforcing the property’s rules and guest policies.
